IANNACONE RESIDENCE is a more recent, highly customized housing design. This beachfront retreat has modern interior spaces with the exterior look of a New England cottage. Ornate details are found in the decorative brackets, copper dove cotes, and coffered ceilings. The "piece de resistance" is a handcrafted pulpit stairwell designed and built on site. This stairway leads to a light shaft climbing twenty feet high, adorned by a hand-painted cupola.
