WASSERMAN RESIDENCE. Originally a split ranch, this home was renovated into a contemporary beach cottage. The owners took full advantage of their oceanfront location by adding a second elevation overlooking the panoramic goose rocks shoreline. Now, multi-level mahogany decking creates ample outdoor seating. Vaulted ceilings and full-length picture windows work together allowing an abundance of natural light to enter the home.
