18TH CENTURY COLONIAL

Kennebunkport, Maine

Restoration

We conducted an extensive interior restoration of this late 1700's intown Kennebunkport residence. We removed and restructured two large areas of the floor and ceiling, making way for a beautiful kitchen and dining area. Moved the location of the stairwell, closets and bathrooms as well as enlarged the bedrooms. We were able to save and reuse some old wood for various accents and stair details.

Construction site with dirt pile against a wooden wall and windows, braced by diagonal supports.
