We conducted an extensive interior restoration of this late 1700's intown Kennebunkport residence. We removed and restructured two large areas of the floor and ceiling
KENNEBUNK, MAINE HISTORIC FEDERAL
We renovated this historic federal in Kennebunk by adding a large summer porch with vaulted ceilings and a partial kitchen.
18TH CENTURY COLONIAL HOME
In 1745 the Gideon Walker House was recorded as the third building in Kennebunkport in what is known as the village. Over the next one hundred years several sections were added to the original structure which became apparent when connected sheathed walls were uncovered during renovation.
